Knowing where we’re headed makes it so much easier,
to know what we’ll need to do to get there:
We are fee-only, which means that our only compensation comes directly from you; we do not accept commissions or other compensation from mutual funds, banks, brokerage firms, or any other third parties. We are free to choose among the best solutions for your circumstances, without the conflict of commissions or other outside incentives.
We are a Registered Investment Advisor firm, bound (as are all Registered Investment Advisor firms) to the highest standard of fiduciary client care. This further obligates us to place your highest interests first.
We choose our alliances with care. In selecting our strategic alliances, we seek like-minded firms who share our dedication to independent, client-centric care. Our account custodian for capital management holds your assets independently in your name, reporting directly to you. In building your portfolio, we often turn to the funds available from Dimensional Fund Advisors, because they are constructed and managed according to the same investment principles we espouse.
We offer academic and multidisciplinary expertise. Our founder, Paul Tanner, CFA, brings more than a quarter-century of multidisciplinary experience in finance, investing, economics and risk management to bear on your financial goals and investment portfolio.
